Job Chance: House Butler cum Personal Assistant to MD

? Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and service‑oriented professional to manage the MD’s residence and personal requirements, while also accompanying the MD for meetings, appointments, and business engagements. This role acts as a vital link between the MD, the residence, and the Executive Assistant at Head Office, ensuring seamless communication and task closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Residence Management: Oversee day‑to‑day functioning, supervise household staff, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
- Dietary & Food Requirements: Ensure meals are prepared/served as per preferences, manage groceries, and coordinate food arrangements during travel or meetings.
- Personal Assistance: Accompany MD to meetings and travel, manage schedules, handle personal/admin requirements, and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordination with EA:



Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure instructions are executed and tasks closed on time.
- Meetings & Travel: Assist with logistics, documents, essentials, and smooth coordination between residence, office, and external engagements.
- Follow‑up & Closure: Track tasks, monitor deadlines, escalate issues, and ensure proper completion.
- Confidentiality & Trust: Uphold the highest standards of discretion and integrity in handling personal and professional matters.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience as Butler, Personal Assistant, Guest Relations Executive, Hospitality professional, or similar role.
- Experience with HNI/UHNI families, senior executives, luxury hotels, or premium residences preferred.
- Excellent communication (English/Hindi; Gujarati an advantage), grooming, etiquette, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Offic
