Key Responsibilities
- Develop video concepts, creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot plans.
- Understand business and marketing requirements and translate them into engaging video concepts.
- Plan shoot schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with production houses, agencies, talent, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage production for corporate films, interviews, product videos, testimonials, campaigns, events, and social media content.
- Supervise shoots and ensure quality, timelines, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, and Corporate Communications teams.

Mandatory Requirements




- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Video Production / Pre-Production.
- Strong expertise in concept development, script writing, storyboarding, shot planning, and production planning.
- Candidates from top Advertising, Design, or Marketing Agencies.
- Education in Film, Filmmaking, Mass Media, or related fields.
- Solid focus on pre-production and production.
- Video Editors / Post-Production-focused profiles will not be considered.
- Age: 25–28 years.
- Mumbai location is preferred for sourcing top candidates.
