Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding HOKICO’s client base in retail and brand display solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,



managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with design, production, and operations teams to develop tailored proposals, ensure project feasibility, and align solutions with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing quotations and contracts, tracking sales performance, and reporting on pipeline and market trends to leadership. The role also includes overseeing account management activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and representing HOKICO at industry events or client visits as needed.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within retail, marketing solutions, or fabrication/display industries.
