Sr. Design & Development (Senior Architect)

Experience: 5-8 Years
✅ Eligibility: Only Pune-based candidates with Real Estate experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Architects in Design & Development
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D views
- Conduct site analysis, measurements, and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare presentations, reports, and approval drawings
- Review drawings and ensure compliance
- Material selection and basic cost estimation
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation
- Maintain project documentation and records
