Why this role existsnCybersecurity is no longer a compliance line item. It is a board-level agenda in every industry we serve. Finstein has built the technical credentials to compete for that work. We now need a commercial leader to turn those credentials into a repeatable, growing B2B pipeline.
nYou will own recent business for Finstein's cybersecurity practice: opening doors, shaping deals with our technical teams, and closing them.

What you will don
- n
- Build and own the B2B pipeline for cybersecurity services: HITRUST, SOC 1/SOC 2, DPDP, VAPT and application security, network security, and managed securityn
- Identify, qualify and pursue target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, SaaS/IT services and manufacturingn
- Run discovery conversations with CISOs, CIOs, CFOs and compliance heads, and translate their risk and regulatory pressures into scoped engagementsn
- Work with our technical leads to design proposals that are commercially sound and technically crediblen
- Negotiate and close contracts, and manage renewals and expansion
