- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or .NET).n

- The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing NICE CXone applicationsn
- Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools).n
- Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXonen
- Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents.n
- Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems.n
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration.n
- Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support.n
- Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.n
