? About TwinzyTwinzy Sculpture Studio creates premium, hyper-realistic personalized silicone and 3D sculptures for individuals, corporates, events, films, museums, institutions, and customized applications.
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive who can independently generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales from lead generation to closure.

? Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B & B2C leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and approach potential clients, decision-makers, companies, and business partners.
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits across Pune.
- Develop business with event & exhibition companies, advertising agencies, film/production houses, museums, corporates, luxury gifting companies, architects, interior designers, and other relevant businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations/proposals, handle negotiations,



and follow up until order closure.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, client records, and sales reports.
- Identify new markets, industries, and applications for Twinzy's products.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

? What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related role.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and acquire new clients.
- Experience in high-ticket, premium, customized, project-based products/services will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in approaching new clients and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and travel within Pune.
