nRole : Tech Lead – Embedded Software (Application)
nFunction : Embedded Software Development (IPVS)
nWork Location : Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)
nExperience : 5+ Years
nQualification : B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
nTechnical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in C /Embedded C and good knowledge of C++ / C++11.n
- Strong expertise in Embedded Linux, including system-level development, debugging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.n
- Strong experience in Socket programming and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.n
- Robust understanding of IPC, multithreading,



synchronization mechanisms, and memory management.n
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in video and audio media technologies.n
- Experience with end-to-end effort estimation, technical planning, and task breakdown, ensuring predictable and timely delivery.n
- Proven experience in leading and participating in design and code reviews, with a strong focus on engineering standards, scalability, maintainability, and best practices.n
- Experience ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with product requirements, architectural guidelines, and business objectives.n
- Proven ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges, and drive effective mitigation strategies.n
- Strong collaboration experience with Product Management, QA, Architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure technical and business alignment.n
