Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Solution Director to lead pre-sales, solutioning and large strategic IT deals, with strong expertise in AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Applications and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end solutioning for large, complex, multi-tower and multi-million-dollar deals.
• Define AI/GenAI-led, cloud-enabled and outcome-driven solutions across Applications, Infrastructure, Data, AI and Managed Services.
• Own the RFP/RFI and proposal lifecycle, including solution architecture, commercials, pricing and value proposition.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery and Practices to develop differentiated and scalable solutions.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and lead executive presentations, solution workshops and negotiations.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, AI Agents, Copilots,



AIOps and intelligent automation in enterprise solutions.
• Lead and mentor pre-sales and solution architecture teams.
• Drive reusable solution frameworks, accelerators and AI-led offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
• 17+ years in IT Services, Consulting, Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience in large/multi-million-dollar, multi-tower deal solutioning.
• Strong expertise across Cloud, Applications, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI and Managed Services.
• Robust experience in RFPs, proposals, pricing, commercials and deal strategy.
• Excellent CXO communication, storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Life Sciences, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing or TTH is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology; MBA preferred.
