Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory Management . The consultant will lead/support end-to-end implementations, rollouts and production support while working closely with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management and Inventory implementations.
- Work on Discrete/Process Manufacturing functional processes.
- Handle costing methods including Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average costing .
- Manage cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis .
- Support design through go-live/hypercare activities.
- Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems .
- Work with MES processes such as:
- Work order dispatch
- Operation transactions
- Material consumption




- Resource/machine data
- Quality results
- Real-time work order status
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Order Management and Quality teams.
- Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
- Prepare functional documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Work effectively in onsite-offshore delivery models .

Mandatory Skills
- 8–10 years of relevant SCM/ERP experience, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
- Solid hands-on functional experience in:
- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
- Oracle Fusion Cost Management / Cost Accounting
- Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
- Experience with 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations .
- Strong understanding of costing, cost rollups, WIP accounting and variance analysis .
- Hands-on/functional exposure to MES and shop-floor integrations .
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion integration with ME
