nHCLTech is looking for an experienced AI Trainer / AI Practice Lead with 20+ years of experience to lead advanced AI learning initiatives, design and deliver enterprise-level AI training programs, and drive capability development across technical teams. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies, along with proven experience in training, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
nKey Responsibilities
nDesign, develop, and deliver advanced AI/ML training programs for technical professionals, architects, developers, and leadership teams.
nLead AI capability-building initiatives aligned with business and technology objectives.
nDevelop curriculum, learning paths, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning programs.
nDeliver training on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, NLP,



Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI/ML frameworks.
nMentor senior technical professionals and AI practitioners on real-world AI implementation and best practices.
nCollaborate with technology leaders, SMEs, architects, and business stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps.
nDrive adoption of modern AI tools, platforms, frameworks, and learning methodologies.
nConduct workshops, boot camps, technical talks, hackathons, and executive-level AI awareness sessions.
nDevelop practical, industry-relevant use cases and hands-on projects for learners.
nEvaluate learner performance through assessments, projects, coding exercises, and technical evaluations.
nStay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI governance, and responsible AI.
nGuide instructional designers and trainers in developing high-quality AI learning content.
