1️⃣ Junior Appian Developer
Experience: 3–4 Years
- Hands-on experience with Appian development .
- Good understanding of SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, and Records .
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL .
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and support application development.
- Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .

2️⃣ Senior Appian Developer
Experience: 5–6 Years
- Strong hands-on experience in Appian application development .
- Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, and Integrations .
- Experience integrating Appian with APIs, databases, and external systems .




- Strong knowledge of SQL and Appian best practices .
- Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution development .
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment .

3️⃣ Lead Appian Developer
Experience: 7–8 Years
- Strong expertise in Appian architecture, development, and solution design .
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Appian applications and workflows .
- Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, Business Rules, Records, Integrations, and APIs .
- Strong understanding of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and governance .
- Experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring .
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams .
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments .
- Appian Certification is a plus.
- L1/L2 Certification
