About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer(4-8) to join their growing India-based Data Engineering pod, working closely with the UK Data team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable data platforms, improving engineering reliability, implementing CI/CD best practices, and enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to mentor junior engineers within a cooperative international environment. Key Responsibilities Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL data pipelines Work extensively with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python Implement CI/CD best practices for modern data engineering workflows Improve monitoring, alerting, reliability, and data quality processes Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, BI teams,
