The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Power Platform & CRM Solution Development Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM . Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements. Design and develop scalable cloud automation using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Data Flows, and Azure Service Bus . Design optimized Dataverse data models, business rules, relationships, and security frameworks . Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI .



Build integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and external systems. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents. Define integration and data architecture strategies. Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability . Conduct technical design and code reviews. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. ALM & DevOps Manage Power Platform solution packaging and deployments , including Managed Solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Build Tools .
