Role: Presales Consultant Experience: 8 – 14 years (Pre-Sales & CPaaS) Work Location: Gurgaon | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for an Enterprise Presales Consultant with strong telecom domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements for CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Network API / Networkas-a-Service offerings. The role bridges sales, product, and engineering, translating enterprise business needs into technically sound and commercially viable solutions. The candidate will play a key role across the end-to-end presales cycle, from customer discovery to solution design, BoQ preparation, and deal closure support. Key Responsibilities Presales & Solutioning • Own and drive the end-to-end presales cycle for enterprise customers across CPaaS and Network API offerings. • Engage with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, use cases, and technical expectations. • Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer needs, product capabilities, and network constraints. • Position CPaaS capabilities such as SMS,



Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, and APIs for enterprise digital transformation use cases. • Articulate the value of Network APIs (e.g., identity, location, QoS, authentication, charging) to enterprise and partner ecosystems. Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Management • Act as a technical and solution advisor during customer meetings, workshops, demos, and RFP discussions. • Build solid enterprise customer relationships and maintain effective working connections with CXOs, IT heads, and digital teams. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
