B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience. Required Skills & Experience: - 7 Years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform,



particularly in ITSM modules and knowledge on Security Operations (SecOps) suite or platform is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs). Integration Experience: Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and having knowledge on SecOps domain would be highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
