Job Summary We are looking for an experienced technology leader with expertise in process automation, AI-driven transformation, and Azure technology stack, with ability to lead large-scale digital initiatives with focus on Fintech and Risk domain. Key Responsibilities AI Governance and Automation Processes • Design and implement enterprise-grade intelligent agents using AI/GenAI frameworks tailored for financial services, capital markets, and index operations. • Integrate GenAI and automation solutions into banking, lending, trading, risk, and index management workflows to drive measurable business impact. Solutioning & Technology Consulting • Lead solution architecture design for complex enterprise environments, with a focus on financial products, risk processes, market data, and index computation ecosystems. • Provide strategic technology consulting to senior stakeholders across banks, fintechs, asset managers, index providers, and rating agencies, ensuring alignment with industry-specific regulatory and business priorities.



Process Automation & Optimization • Identify automation opportunities within financial instruments lifecycle, risk analytics, credit workflows, and index operations using AI, NLP, and workflow orchestration. • Deploy automation and AI-led solutions to enhance portfolio monitoring, market data processing, and financial reporting, driving operational efficiency and accuracy. Transformation Leadership • Define and execute transformation roadmaps leveraging AI, automation, and cloud technologies to modernize financial services and index-related processes. • Drive change management within regulated environments, ensuring compliance with Basel norms, PCI, ISO, and other financial regulations. Azure Tech Stack Expertise • Architect and implement solutions using Azure services (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Framework, Azure OpenAI) for financial data engineering, risk modelling, and index analytics use cases. • Ensure compliance, scalability
