This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys travel and understands that selling a holiday is about creating a well-planned, personalised and memorable travel experience, rather than simply closing a booking. You will be responsible for handling travel leads, understanding client requirements, curating personalised itineraries, nurturing enquiries and taking them through to successful closure. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming domestic and international travel leads and understand the client’s requirements, preferences and budget. * Curate and share detailed,
personalised itineraries and quotations. * Nurture leads through consistent and meaningful follow-ups and work towards successful closure. * Build solid relationships with clients through professional and personalised communication. * Take ownership of the complete sales journey, from the first enquiry to booking closure. * Provide excellent end-to-end post-sales support and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth client experience. * Post-sales calls and client communication are an essential part of the role and cannot be avoided. * Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and sales activity. * All sales calls must be recorded as per company policy for quality, training and process improvement. * Never make false promises or misleading commitments to clients.
