About BAV Electric BAV Electric is building India's next-generation electric mobility ecosystem. We are expanding our retail network, developing smart connected electric vehicles, and building a unified mobile platform that allows customers to monitor, manage, and service their vehicles. We're looking for an Embedded IoT Engineer to lead the development of the BAV Smart Module, which will connect electric vehicles to the BAV cloud and mobile app. Roles & Responsibilities - Design and develop the BAV Smart Module for electric vehicles. - Develop embedded firmware using ESP32/STM32. - Interface with motor controllers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and vehicle dashboards. - Read vehicle data using CAN Bus, UART, RS485, or other communication protocols. - Integrate GPS, 4G/LTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. - Develop secure communication between vehicles and the BAV cloud platform. - Implement OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware updates. - Diagnose and troubleshoot embedded hardware and firmware issues.



- Collaborate with backend and mobile app teams for end-to-end integration. - Prototype, test, and validate hardware on electric scooters. - Design scalable solutions compatible with multiple EV brands.
