Experience: 5 to 8 Years Key Responsibilities: - Support and troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications. - Handle WMS modules such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, ASN, PO, and Cycle Counting. - Support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces. - Perform API troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution. - Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. - Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification. - Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge
