Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead complex migration engagements and provide architectural leadership for enterprise transformation projects. Experience: 10 to 17 Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of Windchill migration projects. - Design and implement end-to-end migration strategies for product data, metadata, documents, and related business objects. - Demonstrate strong expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and Windchill migration methodologies. - Analyze legacy PLM systems and define migration approaches, mapping strategies, and validation processes. - Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle. - Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for migration solutions and best practices.



- Collaborate with customers to understand migration requirements and effectively communicate technical solutions. - Review migration designs, scripts, and deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with project standards. - Mentor and guide development and migration teams in resolving complex technical challenges. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Preferred Skills: - Solid experience in Windchill Migration and WBM - PLM Data Migration Strategy & Execution - Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership - Data Mapping, Validation, and Data Quality Management - Customer Stakeholder Management - Team Mentoring and Technical Guidance
