Role Definition
The Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Business Development Executives and Tele-marketers to achieve revenue targets for Artha Energy Resources LLP. This role involves strategic planning, team management, performance monitoring, and direct involvement in high-value client engagements and conversions

Tasks & Activities
Achievement of Sales Target
Ensure achievement of the Sales Target of the Company and team members assigned to BDM.
Track monthly target vs achieved numbers and implement strategies to ensure achievement of the target
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement BD strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify recent market opportunities and client segments.
Collaborate with marketing and operations for campaign execution.
Client Meetings




Preparing for Sales Meetings via structured research about the client. Reviewing documents required for the meeting
Presenting Artha Energy Resources as an efficiency-focused brand delivering durable and high-performance solar rooftop projects
Ensuring clients use Artha RFQ and enabling apples-to-apples comparisons of vendor bids
Reviewing all aspects of a deal, i.e. Design, Proposal, RFQ, Site Survey, Bills, Savings Sheet, etc, before the final site survey/final proposal shared with the client
Ensure alignment of proposals with client expectations.
Negotiating and closing deals with the client
Post Closure Activities
Closing upon tasks as allocated in Artha Central (EPC and O&M; agreements, kick-off meetings etc)
Assisting team with timely collection of payments
Assisting operations team at time of client disputes
Payment Receivables
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team for updates on payment dues from client
Intervene as required to discuss with clients a
