Role Description The Doctorate Program Advisor (DBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on guiding prospective and enrolled DBA students through the admissions and academic journey. In this role, the advisor conducts one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student backgrounds, career goals, and academic interests,



and recommends appropriate doctoral programs and specializations. The advisor explains program structures, eligibility criteria, timelines, and academic expectations, while supporting applicants with documentation, application forms, and interview preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with internal teams and university partners, addressing student queries, and providing ongoing support for academic planning and career pathways. The advisor is expected to uphold LearningShala’s trust-first approach by offering unbiased, data-backed guidance and clear communication at every stage.
Qualifications
