Jhankar Haveli is an intimate heritage haveli in the heart of Jodhpur, offering a distinctive luxury hospitality experience rooted in Rajasthan's architecture, culture and traditions. As we continue to strengthen our operations and build a high-performing hospitality team, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR & Operations Manager to establish qualified people-management systems and operational standards across the property.

Role Overview-
We are looking for a proactive and structured HR & Operations Manager who can take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle while helping management build a disciplined, professional and service-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will not only manage recruitment and HR administration but will also be responsible for creating SOPs, implementing operational guidelines, supervising teams, developing reporting structures, coordinating parallel teams and ensuring accountability across departments. This is a hands-on management position for someone who can build systems,



manage people and make sure those systems are followed.

Key Responsibilities-
1. HR Management & People Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance, performance management and exit procedures.
Develop clear job descriptions, responsibilities and reporting structures for every department.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Establish professional HR policies, employee guidelines and workplace standards.
Handle employee concerns, conflicts and disciplinary matters professionally.
Build a positive, respectful and service-oriented workplace culture.

2. SOP Development & Implementation
Create, document and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hotel operations.
Develop department-wise operating guidelines for Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security and ot
