This is a full-time,



onsite role in Gwalior for someone with two to four years of professional design experience. Researching and applying current UI and UX practice is part of the job description here, not something squeezed in after hours.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes and user flows.
Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
Develop reusable design components.
Maintain design systems.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs.
Collaborate with developers during implementation.
Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
Review implemented designs and provide visual feedback.
Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.

Requirements

2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
Solid hands-on Figma experience.
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
