Two to four years of UI/UX or product design experience is the right level,



along with real fluency in Figma across prototyping, components and handoff, and the confidence to ask why something is being built before you design it.

Responsibilities

Create wireframes and user flows.
Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
Develop reusable design components.
Maintain design systems.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs.
Collaborate with developers during implementation.
Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
Review implemented designs and provide visual feedback.
Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.

Requirements

2-4 years of qualified UI/UX or product design experience.
Solid hands-on Figma experience.
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
