Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include ideating and producing short-form videos and posts, writing captions, coordinating visual assets, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Content Creator will track content performance,



suggest improvements based on data and trends, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to highlight recent products, promotions, and brand initiatives. The role may also involve occasional on-site shoots, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
Qualifications
Ability to plan and create social media content, including short-form videos, images, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Strong skills in writing clear, engaging captions and storytelling that align with brand tone and values.
