Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Payroll Specialist to manage and drive end-to-end payroll operations across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, taxation, labour regulations, reimbursements, HRMS systems, and employee payroll governance.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, independent, and capable of handling payroll operations in a dynamic and high-growth environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with high accuracy and adherence to timelines.




Validate salary inputs, including attendance, leave records, overtime, comp-off, variable payouts, reimbursements, and deductions.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate full and final settlements, bonus payouts, arrears, and payroll adjustments.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage employee income tax declarations, proof submission, scrutiny, and tax computations.
Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax regulations, labour laws, and payroll-related statutory obligations.
Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Support audits, assessments, and compliance documentation related to payroll and employee taxation.
Stay updated on changes in labour codes, payroll regulations, and taxation policies.

HRMS & Systems

Work extensively on payroll and HRMS platforms such as KEKA, Darwinbox, or equiva
