About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales to oversee the Mumbai Inside Sales function supporting all international markets except the USA. The role is responsible for driving execution excellence, sales governance, strategic account engagement, and process consistency across APAC, Europe, Middle East, Africa, ANZ, and other assigned regions.

This is not a direct people management role. The individual will provide functional leadership, strategic direction, mentoring, and governance to the Mumbai Inside Sales team while working closely with regional Sales, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Prospect Research teams.

Responsibilities:
Regional Ownership
Provide functional oversight to the Mumbai Inside Sales team supporting all assigned regions except the USA.
Ensure consistent execution across APAC, Europe, Middle East, Africa, ANZ, and emerging markets.
Support regional Sales teams in achieving pipeline and revenue objectives.
Drive strategic account engagement and regional market penetration initiatives.

Inside Sales Strategy




Develop region-specific outreach strategies aligned with market maturity and customer expectations.
Guide the team on account prioritization, stakeholder mapping, and engagement planning.
Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
Improve meeting quality, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.

Governance & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to Inside Sales governance frameworks, CRM processes, and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvements in sales processes and reporting.
Monitor execution quality and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Ensure consistent implementation of organizational best practices.

Support product campaigns, strategic initiatives, customer events, and key account engagements.
