Job Title: Business Growth Manager – US RCM (Medical Billing)

Job Summary
Pro Clinical Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager
with strong expertise in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team,
closing deals, and managing end-to-end floor operations. This role requires a hands-on
professional who can actively make sales calls, manage client escalations, and ensure
smooth operational delivery.

Timings: EST shift - 5:30 PM-2:30 AM (subject to day light savings adjustment)
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities include:

Sales & Business Development:
* Drive new business acquisition for US RCM / Medical Billing services
* Make outbound sales calls, conduct presentations, and close deals
independently
* Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations




* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
* RCM experience is an added advantage; however, candidate should have solid sales experience

Team Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and operations team
* Set explicit goals, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement
* Provide training and guidance to improve sales and operational efficiency

Operations Management
* Coordinate between sales, operations, and management teams
* Monitor productivity, workflow, and process optimization

Client Management & Escalations:
* Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations
* Resolve operational and service-related issues in a timely manner
* Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
* Conduct regular client reviews and performance discussions
