Job Purpose:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Finance & Accounts function of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, solid financial controls, statutory compliance, taxation, cash-flow management, budgeting, audits, and timely management reporting. The role will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights, control costs, improve profitability, manage working capital, and support business decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting
Manage the complete day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting of all sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.
Review General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual book closure.
Ensure proper accounting provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation and other year-end adjustments.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.




Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards / Ind AS and accounting policies.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready books of accounts.
Review and reconcile bank, vendor, customer, inter-company and statutory balances.

Management Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management.
Prepare:
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Working Capital Report
Receivables & Payables Ageing
Budget vs. Actual Analysis
Sales & Gross Margin Analysis
Expense Analysis
Branch / Business Unit profitability
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Identify financial trends, variances and potential risks.
Develop dashboards and reports to support business decisions.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Coordinate with various departments for preparation of budgets.
Monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
