Role Description The Technical Solution Engineer / Presales Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the team member collaborates with sales and product teams to understand client requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and deliver product demonstrations that highlight eShipz’s capabilities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support during the sales cycle, troubleshooting integration and configuration issues, assisting with proof-of-concept deployments, and preparing solution documents and presentations. The role also involves working closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding, maintaining product knowledge, and gathering client feedback to inform product enhancements. The position is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of relevant experience who can join immediately and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
