We work with EPC companies, industrial developers, infrastructure companies, consultants, contractors and institutional clients to develop and execute technically demanding construction packages.

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven Business Development Manager who can help build Hindyug's project pipeline and convert relationships into real business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION

• Identify and develop recent business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, EPC, manufacturing, energy,



real estate and institutional projects.
• Build relationships with Project Directors, Procurement/SCM Heads, Business Heads, Civil/Construction Heads, Consultants, Developers and senior decision-makers.
• Proactively identify upcoming projects and understand their procurement timelines and vendor requirements.
• Generate qualified RFQs, tenders, enquiries and project opportunities for Hindyug.
• Develop new accounts rather than relying only on existing references and inbound enquiries.
• Build a strong network across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Gujarat, Maharashtra, MP, South India and other strategic markets.

2. PROJECT & MARKET INTELLIGENCE

• Track upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects, expansions, greenfield plants and construction requirements.
• Research target companies, projects, decision-makers, competitors and procurement structures.
• Maintain a structured database of prospects,
