About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer-to-SEO skilled who combines strong technical understanding with expertise in SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving content and data discoverability across AI-powered search engines, LLM platforms, and generative interfaces, while applying both technical SEO and emerging AI search optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize AI-first content and data pipelines to improve visibility across LLM-powered platforms.
Design and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for next-generation AI search.
Develop strategies around prompt optimization, retrieval structuring, semantic ranking, and content relevance.
Optimize structured and unstructured data for LLM ingestion, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and metadata tagging.
Analyze how AI systems discover, retrieve, cite, and surface content and continuously improve AI search visibility and ranking signals.
Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)



strategies to improve visibility in direct-answer and conversational search experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering, and SEO teams to make content AI-consumable and discoverable.
Analyze search intent, query patterns, content performance, and AI-generated responses to identify optimization opportunities.
Monitor AI search performance using relevant AI analytics and SEO tools and continuously refine strategies based on data and user behavior.
Stay updated on developments in LLMs, generative search, AI agents, semantic search, and AI-driven discovery.

Mandatory Requirements
Strong Engineer-to-SEO profile combining technical/engineering knowledge with hands-on SEO experience.
4+ years of overall professional experience, including meaningful hands-on experience in SEO.
1+ year of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO, or AI-driven search optimization, including conversatio
