As we expand our paid-media services, we are building a talented team in India to manage and grow Google advertising campaigns for our U.S. clients.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Google Ads Specialist to plan, build, manage, and optimize Google advertising campaigns across our client base. You will own day-to-day performance of Google Ads Management accounts (Search, Display and Performance Max) as well as Google Local Service Ads, from initial setup and verification through ongoing optimization and reporting. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating results clearly to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management (Search, Display & Performance Max)
● Build and structure Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns,



including keyword research, ad groups, and audience/asset setup.
● Write and A/B test ad copy and creative assets to improve click-through and conversion rates.
● Manage bids, budgets, and negative keywords; continuously optimize toward each client's goals (leads, calls, sales).
● Set up and validate conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager) and call tracking.
● Provide landing page and messaging recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
● Set up and optimize Local Service Ads profiles, including service areas, categories, and budgets.
● Support clients through Google Guaranteed verification — coordinating background checks and license/insurance documentation (handled remotely).
● Manage lead budgets to control lead volume and cost, and dispute bad/invalid leads to recover credits.
