Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and app-based channels, assisting with subscriptions, orders, deliveries, and returns. The representative will resolve issues, track and follow up on customer requests, and ensure clear communication regarding products, pricing, and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, collaborating with operations and logistics teams,



and providing feedback on recurring issues to improve processes. The role also includes promoting a positive customer experience by being attentive, solution-oriented, and aligned with EleFant’s mission of supporting children’s development.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills with experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.
Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and enhance overall Customer Experience.
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role.
Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages.
Comfort using mobile apps, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
Problem-solving mindset, patience, and ability to handle escalations calmly.
High level of reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
