About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for connecting with domestic and international pharmaceutical companies and generating qualified business meetings for our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a qualified approach, and the confidence to speak with senior professionals such as QA Heads, Regulatory Affairs professionals, Procurement/Sourcing teams, and company decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to domestic and international pharmaceutical companies.
Introduce Knors Pharma Solutions LLP and explain our services professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings with potential clients for our Business Development/Technical team.
Communicate with key decision-makers and understand their requirements.




Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meeting status.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and meeting-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for further follow-up and conversion.
Research prospective pharmaceutical companies and identify relevant contacts.
