Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Female Technical Support Engineer with 1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Linux, Call Center Dialers, Asterisk, VoIP, AI Voice Bots/Chat Bots, AWS, and Cloud Infrastructure.




The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, system testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and maintenance of Haloocom's enterprise communication solutions. The role requires close coordination with the Engineering, Development, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
The ideal candidate should have a robust technical understanding of telecom and communication platforms, be comfortable working with Linux and cloud environments, and possess excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Haloocom's enterprise communication and telecom solutions.
