THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative generalist who can move across design, writing, strategy, video, and marketing without waiting for a handoff, and who's genuinely comfortable building with AI tools as part of the process, not just aware of them. You'll work directly on client engagements, taking a brand or program from a founder's story to a full visual and messaging system, sometimes with a working prototype in the mix. The work varies week to week; the standard for it doesn't.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop brand identities and campaign concepts for client engagements — naming,



visual systems, messaging, and merchandise.
Build AI-assisted creative tools and prototypes — interactive experiences, campaign generators, decks that do more than sit still.
Write and design in tandem — pitch narratives, internal communications, marketing content, social content, presentation design.
Carry multiple client relationships at once, adapting tone and approach to each organization's culture and stakes.
Represent the work publicly — at industry events, on social platforms, in front of clients and prospective collaborators.
Build repeatable products and experiences that align with the goals of our organization and our clients.
