About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our talent acquisition function by filling critical, niche technical and non-technical roles. As we enter a high-growth phase across engineering, business, and leadership functions, you will play a central role in attracting and closing top-tier talent while helping shape our culture of ownership and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and assessments to offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, streamline interview processes, and build tailored recruitment workflows for both entry-level and leadership positions.
Proactively source and nurture talent pipelines for active and future roles, maintaining a high bar for technical excellence and cultural alignment.
Ensure a seamless, qualified, and engaging experience for candidates throughout all recruitment stages.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Proven track record of recruiting across technical (engineering, R&D;) and non-technical (business operations, leadership) domains.
