About Company
Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company. We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
• Support payroll inputs and HR compliance
• Prepare HR MIS reports
• Support employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills
• Strong recruitment and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple openings
• Positive interpersonal and organizational skills

Software Skills
• MS Office
• HRMS softwares
• Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter

Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant degree
• Construction/interior industry experience preferred
