Role Description This is a contract Video Editor role based in Kochi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and cutting video clips, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics or visual elements as needed.



The role involves collaborating with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to understand project briefs, maintain consistent visual style, and deliver content within deadlines. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, version control, and export formats optimized for different digital platforms.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, storytelling through editing, and preparing content for digital channels.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, animated elements, and compelling visual assets.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is expected.
