About the Role
Enlightened Circle Foundation is looking for a smart, street-smart and driven Business Development Executive with a genuine understanding of Yoga & Wellness sales. This opportunity is specifically for individuals who can confidently communicate, identify opportunities, build relationships and convert conversations into business.
What We’re Looking For
Freshers are welcome, preferably graduates from the 2020–2025 education batch.
Prior exposure or solid understanding of Yoga, Wellness, Meditation, Fitness or related program sales is essential.
Excellent English vocabulary and communication skills.
Confident, sharp and street-smart approach to sales.
Strong ability to engage prospects, understand requirements and drive conversions.
Energetic,



target-oriented and comfortable with sales conversations.
Candidates who can think on their feet and take initiative will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for Yoga & Wellness programs.
Engage prospects through calls, messages and meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend relevant wellness programs.
Build relationships and convert qualified leads into business.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
