Job title: Business Development Lead – Digital Marketing

Litmus Branding is a 25-year-old branding, marketing, and advertising agency based in Ahmedabad. With a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily across the B2B space, we help businesses build strong brands and drive meaningful growth.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Lead – Digital Marketing to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand our digital marketing portfolio.
What your life at Litmus will be like:

Participate in initial client calls to understand their business, goals, target audience, and marketing challenges.
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Present and sell services including SEO, SMM, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and Website Solutions.
Explain digital marketing concepts and strategies to clients in easy, easy-to-understand language.
Prepare proposals, presentations, strategies, and pitches based on client requirements.
Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations,



follow-ups, and contribute to business conversion and growth.
Work closely with the Digital, Web & Creative teams to develop and deliver solutions.
After onboarding, review digital marketing work and campaign progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and communicating performance, insights, and recommendations.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, advertising, branding, and AI trends.
