Role Description The Account Manager role at SLK Group of Companies is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The individual in this role will manage relationships with key clients across the Group’s business verticals, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, service delivery, and issue resolution. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of services, preparing proposals and quotations, and tracking contracts and renewals. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, analyze service quality and revenue metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing regular reports, supporting collections and credit control, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives
