About the Role




We’re looking for an organised, proactive Founder’s Office Associate to support the founders across business operations, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and client coordination.
You will turn discussions into transparent action items, track deadlines, coordinate stakeholders, and follow through on commitments. You will also help establish practical processes that make everyday operations more consistent and efficient.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Founder Support
• Maintain a central tracker of priorities, commitments, owners, and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and circulate action items.
• Follow up with teams and founders to drive pending actions to completion.
• Flag delays and blockers early, highlighting decisions or support required.
• Prepare concise weekly updates on progress, risks, and upcoming commitments.
