Job Overview: The Job Holder is responsible for assisting in developing the sales in the North India states. The main duties include, but are not limited to:
Location: Home Based. Preferably Delhi, Karnal or Ludhiana
Responsibilities
Implement feasible sales action plan, to develop, retain and achieve sales target.
Account receivables & Collections; keep control of DSOs as per company policy.
Collaborate with marketing team to define product positioning, arguments, selling tools and communication plan
Visit customers, bring technical and product support when needed
Work closely with the Category Managers and Technical team to align product solution strategies and define action plans on solutions for customers including key accounts
Contribute to monthly sales forecast and to participate in the S&OP; meeting
Working as a partnership with our distributor, implementing mutually agreeable and attainable strategies to grow the business in the territories.
To initiate or support the technical program by providing training to distributors and their team to achieve the sales budget or target set especially for specialty products
