Key Responsibilities
A. Direct Investor Acquisition & Prospecting
• Build and continuously grow a curated pipeline of HNI, UHNI, and Family Office prospects through
personal network activation, targeted introductions, strategic referrals, and proactive market outreach.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective direct investors based on investment appetite, risk profile,
liquidity, and alignment with Arbour’s structured credit investment strategy.
• Develop and execute a structured direct investor acquisition strategy with transparent segmentation by investor
type (HNI, UHNI, Single Family Office, Multi-Family Office, Corporate) and a defined engagement plan for
each.
• Manage the complete direct investor acquisition lifecycle — from initial contact and relationship building
through product presentation, due diligence supp
