Role Description The D2C and Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive traffic, conversions, and customer engagement on D2C platforms. Day-to-day activities include managing social media accounts, coordinating content creation for web and social channels, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing based on web analytics. The Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, support product launches,



and improve customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.

Primary Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End D2C Platform Management: Oversee daily store operations on Shopify/WooCommerce, ensuring smooth product cataloging, live promotional banners, pricing consistency, and stock synchronisation with logistics.
• Performance Marketing Execution: Plan, manage, and monitor paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube), and affiliate marketing channels.
• Agency Relationship & Campaign Delivery: Act as key liaison for external digital marketing, creative, and performance agencies; set transparent performance briefs, track SLA delivery, and enforce CAC/ROAS targets.
