Role Description The Talent Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandra, responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of models and actors. On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Manager identifies and recruits current talent,



conducts assessments of artist profiles, and advises on career strategy, branding, and positioning. This role involves coordinating auditions, castings, campaigns, and events, as well as maintaining strong relationships with production houses, brands, agencies, and other industry stakeholders. The Talent Manager will oversee schedules, negotiate opportunities, and support artists with preparation for shoots, workshops, and promotional activities. The role also includes monitoring performance, providing feedback and guidance, and collaborating with internal teams on PR, social media, and content initiatives that enhance talent visibility and growth.
